Eyepea, a VoIP (Voice over IP) system integrator building solutions around Open Source platforms, just implemented the new VoIP platform for the European Commission's Europe Direct contact center (http://europa.eu/europedirect/call_us). The goal of Europe Direct is to provide answers to questions from the 495 million European citizens in the 23 official languages of the European Union.

May 2012Province of Luxembourg moves to Open Source VoIP with Eyepea
Following a public tender, Eyepea (integrator of VoIP architectures based on open source) has deployed a VoIP infrastructure based on Asterisk to replace the Cisco Call Manager solution. The administration of the Province of Luxembourg will deploy the solution on its 100 sites and 1,250 people staff.

Eyepea, integrator of VoIP (Voice over IP) architectures based on open source, has deployed its solutions in several new clients in recent weeks. After a good year in 2010 which allowed Eyepea implement solutions including Oxfam, Fabricom, Arcelor Mittal, the United Nations and a subsidiary of SNCB, the year 2011 looks already very promising.
