Software: we use the following non exhaustive list of software products:

  • XiVO is an Open Source IP-PBX GUI developed to run on top of Asterisk

  • sipX ECS (Enterprise Communications Server) is an open source voice over IP telephony server best suited for large deployments.
  • Aheeva is a Call Center solution that has been developed around Asterisk. It is an ideal software to build advanced call center solutions.
  • EasyRun offers a comprehensive VoIP Contact Center solutions for multi-channel environments (telephony, chat, fax, email, web forms).
