Services are the life blood of Eyepea. Our consultants, technical staff and project managers have years of experience in order to satisfy the most demanding customers.


Before considering a migration to VoIP, you might want to assess the current situation, to analyze your needs and to decide upon an architecture and a migration plan. Eyepea can help you with our consulting services.

Software integration and development

If your deployment requires specific integration with its IT infrastructure, we provide software analysis, pilot projects setup, development, and testing.


Based on a configuration document filled up by the customer, we stage the configuration at our premises and then deploy it at the customer premises. This phase includes physical installation of the equipment, connection to the carriers and final configuration and testing.


Part of our Open Source philosophy is the fact that we share an important part of our know-how with our customers in order to make them as autonomous as possible. We provide various trainings to accommodate the needs of administrators and users. Eyepea is the only organisation in Belgium offering the official Digium Asterisk trainings.

Support and maintenance

Eyepea's technical services offer multi-tiered support and maintenance contracts to guarantee maximum availability of your VoIP installation.

As your VoIP solution is deployed, Eyepea's project management team can ensure minimum disruption and maximum support for our customers staff.
